In‑process inspection: Stage‑by‑stage quality checks during filling, assembly, and capping – real‑time screening for leaks, ink breaks, and cap fit issues.
Finished product testing: Random sampling for writing fluency, lightfastness, water resistance, and cap‑off evaporation tests – non‑conforming batches are reworked entirely.
Final sorting: Manual sorting for appearance defects, color discrepancies, and leaks – only inspected and labeled products are packed for shipment.
